Altered Photo Frame
Well it took me a bit longer than I thought, but I finally finished this wooden photo frame!
I used Tim Holtz tissue tape to cover the frame, saw this idea in a Scrapbook Trends magazine and love it. I already have a couple more frames ready to do this same thing to!
Frame holds a standard 4"x6" photo; sits about 8.5" high and 11" wide. For sale for $25, plus shipping if you are out of my area :-) Post a comment or email me at papercandiedesigns@gmail.com if you are interested.

Spread Your WINGS
The countdown is on now till BC Crop For Kids, and I'm living in my craft room in prepartion for the big event! I am beyond thrilled to be vending, sponsoring, and teaching at the event this year! Soooo, I will be posting lots more items for sale in the weeks to come (hopefully!) and starting today, 10% of all items sold will go to BC Crop for Kids in support of BC Childrens Hospital! I want to help them make that cheque WAY bigger than last years ;-)

Beautiful You

Project in the making . . .
I wanted to share with you the start of my latest project - a wooden picture frame that I've covered with tissue tape by Tim Holtz. I "lifted" the idea from the Apr/May 2011 issue of Simply Handmade and I think it looks so neat! Really simple to do as well. I'm liking it so much I may just have to keep one for myself :-) Here it is so far . . .
